The Italian made KJ44LS is the FAR® hydro pneumatic tool for production installation of nut inserts up to M8 in any material, specifically Plus Nuts due to it’s extra long 16mm stroke. This tool is ideal for setting high volumes of inserts requiring a very long stroke and is near essential for Plus Nuts in all materials. It offers the ability to set Plus Nuts in one stroke rather than rely on the user to double stroke similar tools, or to use much slower spin/spin tooling. This tool is supplied in kit form which includes hard plastic case, and all mandrels and anvils for setting M4 to M8 inserts.

The actuation principle is Spin-Pull, with the pull stroke length mechanically set or via force control. This tool is ideal for setting high volumes of inserts and is near essential for stainless steel nut inserts. It offers an enhanced silencer system and a quick and intuitive power/stroke adjustment system on its base. This tool is supplied in kit form which includes hard plastic case, and all mandrels and anvils for setting M4 to M10 inserts with stud insert assemblies available as additional extras.

This tool is ideal for setting high volumes of inserts, particularly for larger threads, and is near essential for stainless steel nut inserts. This tool is supplied in kit form which includes hard plastic case, and all mandrels and anvils for setting M3 to M8 inserts.

Pneumatic Nut Insert Tool – Non Clutch Spin/Spin

This series of tools are easy to use and have proven to be long lasting and reliable. The four models have different gearing and output speeds depending on the size of insert being set. The tools work on the stall principle (no clutch) so each model is suitable for just 2 sizes of insert.  These tools are suitable for setting Steel and Aluminium inserts. For Stainless Steel inserts, we recommend either of our heavy duty hand nut insert tools, or one of our hydro pneumatic spin/pull tools.
