FAR® Heavy Duty Hydropneumatic Nut Insert Tool – Spin/Pull

The Italian made KJ46 is the newest FAR® hydro pneumatic tool for production installation of nut inserts up to M10 in any material. The actuation principle is Spin-Pull, with the pull stroke length mechanically set or via force control. This tool is ideal for setting high volumes of inserts and is near essential for stainless steel nut inserts. It offers an enhanced silencer system and a quick and intuitive power/stroke adjustment system on its base. This tool is supplied in kit form which includes hard plastic case, and all mandrels and anvils for setting M4 to M10 inserts with stud insert assemblies available as additional extras.
