Lockbolt Pins

Two-piece swage lock fastening system consisting of a pin and a collar. These fasteners offer very high shear and tensile strengths, while being quick and easy to install. These fasteners offer exceptionally high clamp up force and vibration resistance. Due the dedicated break groove, standard lockbolts are readily available in steel and stainless steel and are considerably easier on installation tooling.

Max Grip/Multi Grip Pins

Two piece swage lock fastening system consisting of a button head pin and a collar. These fasteners are versatile due to their wide grip range, high speed assembly and high shear and tensile strengths. The fasteners offer high clamp up force and vibration resistance. Max Grip Pin and Collars provide an exceptionally wide grip range allowing for significant tolerances to material thicknesses and variations, without the need to change fasteners.

Panelock Bolt

This system is highly customised two-piece bolt-&-nut type fastener. When installed, a high tensile, low profile splined bolt with an undercut head, nitrile seal and Scotch-grip patch on the thread matches neatly with a star-drive T-nut. Externally tamperproof, the assembly is optimal for metal/wood applications where a Low-Profile finish is desirable on both-sides. Door hardware and frame/bulkhead attachments to GRP are favoured applications. Bolts are supplied with nitrile weather seal under the head.

Large Diameter Lockbolt Pins

These large diameter lockbolts, often referred to as a Huck Bolts, are suitable for heavy duty applications requiring high strength, vibration proof fastening installed rapidly with consistent strength values.
Available black or plated and with round or flat heads.

Lockbolt Collars

Two-piece swage lock fastening system consisting of a pin and a collar.
Collars are available in standard, flanged, and half styles.

Max Grip Collars

Two-piece swage lock fastening system consisting of a pin and a collar.
Collars are available in flanged and extra large styles.

Panelock T-Nut

Complimenting the Panelock T-Bolt is the T-Nut. Designed with a variety of barrel lengths and an easy to use T-55 driver socket, the Panelock T-Nut offers easy installation while accomodating a range of material thicknesses.
